After his last directorial venture that was more comedy than horror, Maya, Jawad Bashir is all set to direct his next featuring an ensemble cast. The film titled, Teri Meri Love Story, is a rom-com starring Ushna Shah as Esha in a love triangle with Bachaana actor Mohib Mirza (Nael) and model-turned actor Omer Shahzad (Ramis) – the two male leads of the film.

The film titled, Teri Meri Love Story, is a rom-com starring Ushna Shah as Esha in a love triangle with Bachaana actor Mohib Mirza (Nael) and model-turned actor Omer Shahzad (Ramis) – the two male leads of the film.
The star-studded cast of the film and much more was revealed at the recently held meet and greet event at Vogue Towers, Lahore. Other cast members include veteran actors Salman Shahid and Leyla Zuberi, model-turned-actress Uzma Khan of JPNA fame and Na Maloom Afraad’s Mohsin Abbas Haider alongside debutants Hasan Khan, Ahmad Abdul Khan (also the writer of the film), and the director himself.
Teri Meri Love Story revolves around Esha, a TV host who sets on an adventurous shooting assignment along with her shooting crew and friends. She is a young, empowered woman who wants to marry the love of her life Ramis while her parents insist her on marrying her childhood friend Nael. The film follows the adventurous journey of these three people as they try to find true love.
Teri Meri Love Story’s music is done by Shoaib Mughal, Talha Ansar, Qaiser Tipu, Ahsan Pervaiz, Saman, Ruba Khan and Hasaan Abbas.
The film will be shot entirely in Pakistan and is expected to hit theatres later this year.
