Ajmal’s action to be reassessed in Chennai today
CHENNAI: Pakistan’s ace off spinner Saeed Ajmal has reached Chennai where he will have a formal bio mechanics test of his bowling action on Saturday.
Last year International Cricket Council (ICC) had banned Saeed Ajmal for an illegal bowling action and the star bowler has worked hard to bring it within the permissible limit.

CHENNAI: Pakistan’s ace off spinner Saeed Ajmal has reached Chennai where he will have a formal bio mechanics test of his bowling action on Saturday.
Last year International Cricket Council (ICC) had banned Saeed Ajmal for an illegal bowling action and the star bowler has worked hard to bring it within the permissible limit.
He was assisted by former off spinner Saqlain Mushtaq and head coach Nation Cricket Academy (NCA) Mohammad Akram in his remedial work on his bowling action.
Saeed Ajmal is confident that his action will be cleared and he would be able to take his place in the Pakistan team.
