Directed by Shashank Khaitan, Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya is the second installment in romantic comedy Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya.
The film has created quite a stir at the box office in India and is also doing fine in Pakistani cinemas.
Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya tells the story of Badrinath (Varun Dhawan) and Vaidehi (Alia Bhatt) who have opposite views on life and gender.
Badrinath and Vaidehi fall in love despite their opposite views on life but soon the girl realizes the situation and escapes the wedding in pursuit of her dreams.
The story holds a very obvious climax which is somehow unpleasant but the film with on screen companionship of Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt is worth watching.
