Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber planning to file lawsuit against Presley's sober house: Sources
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's son was found dead in his room at a rehab centre on September 20
Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber are reportedly considering legal action against the Santa Monica rehab facility, where their son Presley's body was found.
For those unaware, the pair's son was found unconscious in his private room at a rehab centre on September 20. He was 27.
Insiders now claim that Cindy and Rande want a full accounting of what exactly happened from the moment Presley arrived until his death.
“Cindy and Rande don’t just want answers — they want accountability,” a source told Naughty But Nice. “They are exploring every legal option available. If mistakes were made, they want consequences.”
The confidant further claimed that the sober coach, who had allegedly taken Presley to the centre, could also face intense scrutiny.
“Their son was taken there because he needed help,” the insider said. “The question they are asking is: How did a vulnerable high 27-year-old end up alone in a room just hours before he died? Who was responsible for watching him?”
A tipster added that the devastating parents don't want any other family to experience the same nightmare.
“They want it shut down,” the source said. “And they want everyone involved — including the person who brought him there an left him — held accountable.”
“They buried their son,” the insider added. “Now they’re preparing to fight for him.”
