Duchess Sophie, wife of Prince Edward just attended this year’s ICAN forum titled ‘Security Reimagined’, with women peacebuilders at the Peace Palace in The Hague.
Her attendance was highlighted on the Royla Family’s official diary but only now have pictures released.

They write, “Her Royal Highness met women peacebuilders from countries including Afghanistan, Syria and Uganda, working to advance peace and security in their communities and countries.”
“The Duchess is a champion for the UN’s Women, Peace and Security agenda which emphasises the importance of women’s meaningful participation in peace processes, and raises awareness of the ongoing impact of conflict related sexual violence globally.”
