Kanye West and Kim Kardashian reunite to support daughter North in resurfaced video

Earlier this month, North West had a big night of music in Chicago. It was her first solo headlining concert at The Vic Theatre.

According to reports, the 13-year-old performed six tracks from N0rth4evr, her debut album, in front of a packed stadium.

One of the songs reportedly sampled Ye's 2008 track, Coldest Winter.

To celebrate her major feat, her parents reportedly set aside their differences and attended the show.

Per The Independent, however, they sat in opposite balconies.

But they met backstage, where North, in her all-white outfit, was seen being offered a cake by Kim.

West gave her daughter a bouquet of black roses, telling her, "I liked the white outfit."

In other news, West and Drake, though, had a long-running feud, but it appears both have put the beef behind them.

This comes after Drizzy liked a post showing the unveiling of an honorary street road in Chicago named after his mother, Donda West.

Meanwhile, the Flashing Light hitmaker attended the ceremony, where his late mom was honoured.

West, meanwhile, had strong roots in the city's academic and literary community.

Alderman Greg Mitchell (7th), who attended the ceremony, raved about her, saying, "Dr Donda West was not only a scholar — she was a builder of people, a cultivator of talent, and a champion for Black creativity and intellectual excellence."

"For nearly three decades at Chicago State University, Dr. West shaped minds and opened doors."

Dr Garrard McClendon, a professor at Chicago State, viewed West as similar.

"As chair of the Department of English at Chicago State, she played a pivotal role in shaping the academic landscape of the institution."

"At Chi State, Donda's contributions were transformative," McClendon added.

"Her tireless efforts in establishing the Gwendolyn Brooks Center for Black Literature and Creative Writing stand as a testament and legacy to her unwavering dedication to celebrating African American voices and nourishing emerging literary talent," he said.

Ye's mom, West, passed away in 2007.
