King Charles meets Prince Harry, Meghan Markle and his grandchildren

King Charles ‌and his wife, Queen Camilla, on Friday ⁠hosted, Prince Harry, his wife Meghan and ‌their ⁠two children, who are visiting Britain, on ⁠Friday.

Buckingham Palace confirmed that the king hosted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet at Highgrove House.

The monarch met Harry, Meghan Markle and his grandchildren shortly after the Duke of Sussex left the Invictus Games event in Birmingham.

Senior British journalist Rebecca English said "Since this was a private family occasion, no images will be released."

Harry has visited Britain ⁠just once or twice a year since a public, high-profile falling out with both his father and elder brother, Prince William.

Harry and Meghan Markle's children, Prince Archie, 7, and Princess Lilibet, 5, have not been to the United Kingdom since ⁠2022.
