Ryan Reynolds makes rare comment on Blake Lively after Justin Baldoni lawsuit settlement
Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni reached an agreement earlier in May, ending the high-profile dispute tied to their film 'It Ends with Us'
Ryan Reynolds is gushing over Blake Lively's fearlessness days after her lawsuit against co-star Justin Baldoni got settled.
The 49-year-old actor took to his Instagram account on Sunday, May 10, and penned down a touching note praising the Gossip Girls alum's "kind" and brave nature.
"I appreciate this mother beyond measure," Ryan wrote on his Stories, along with a loved up snap with Blake in which the pair can be seen hugging, wearing plastic covers near a waterfall.
The Deadpool star, who shares four kids with Blake, further hailed, "She is kind. She is fearless. She's the absolute love of my life and to our four little kids, she's the life of their love."
It is pertinent to mention that the pair got married in 2012 and are parents to daughters James, 11, Inez, nine, and Betty, six, as well as three years old son, Olin.
This came after the legal battle between Blake and her It Ends with Us director-costar reached a settlement earlier this month, two weeks before trial.
The battle began in December 2024 when Blake filed a lawsuit alleging Justin had made her a subject of sexual harassment and that he ran a retaliatory smear campaign “to destroy” her reputation. Justin also filed a countersuit, but it got dismissed in June 2025.
