Kate Middleton, who is a mother to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis, holds a special place in her heart for young children and their connection with their families over the years.
Her dedication to the cause has been reflected in her public work for the royal family and she reinforced that message once again during an important engagement for her charity, Centre for Early Childhood.
The princess spoke about how the environment in the homes have a massive impact on the upbringing of young children. She stressed how “love is the first and most essential bond” and it is the “invisible thread, woven with time, attention and tenderness, through consistent, nurturing relationships which creates the grounded and meaningful environments around a child”.
It would not be a far-fetched notion to believe that Princess Kate would have Prince Harry’s two children, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, at the back of her mind when she delivered the heartfelt speech.
The speech came amid reports that Prince William and King Charles are currently discussing Prince Harry and whether he would be welcomed back into the royal fold in secret meetings. While there is outcome revealed of the meeting, Princess Kate holds optimistic hopes for her estranged brother-in-law and his children, according to sources.
The princess reportedly wants a place for Archie and Lilibet in the royal fold, an insider told Heat World. They noted that she would never meddle in his marriage but believes that Harry, with whom she once held close ties, needs “some autonomy” and should be “allowed to have a relationship with his homeland and his family”.
The source insisted that despite the grievances, Kate is willing to “forgive and forget”.
