LAHORE: Family court here has issued notice to Ahmad Butt in a Khulla (divorce) case filed by his wife singer Humera Arshad and sought reply from him.
Humera Arshid informed the court that her husband has denied rights to her due to which both are not in speaking terms.
Earlier dispute arose but she tolerated all for the sake of her son but now she cannot want to live with her husband any longer. Therefore, court should issue decree of Khulla in her favour.
She told the court that she was ready to forsake her ‘haq mehr’.
The court while issuing notice to husband of singer, sought reply from him.
