Star football player and Saudi club captain Cristiano Ronaldo had an epic reaction when World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) icon The Undertaker made a grand appearance for a friendly match in Riyadh, Mashable Middle East reported.
The Undertaker, a WWE Hall of Famer, made an unexpected but spectacular visit to Saudi Arabia this week to deliver the Riyadh Season Cup trophy before an amicable match between Al-Nassr and Al-Hilal.
The American former professional wrestler Mark William Calaway, better known by his ring name, The Undertaker, was present during the final friendly Riyadh Season Cup match at the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh.
The now-viral video sees the wrestling icon making a bizarre entrance in Saudi Arabia’s Kingdom Arena with the players from each team lined up.
Ronaldo and other players watched the wrestling star with wide smiles as the 58-year-old made his trademark slow and eerie walk to pick up the trophy.
The five-time Ballon d'Or winner can be seen smiling in a video, which is now viral on the internet, as the former WWE champion hoisted the trophy before the match with Al-Hilal.
Al Nassr's friendly game, however, turned into an upset as the Ronaldo-led team suffered a 2-0 defeat to Al-Hilal. Goals from Sergej Milinković-Savić and Salem Aldawsari helped Al-Hilal to victory.
Ronaldo and his team, Al Nassr, will now be seen in the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) Champions League quarterfinal round against Al Feiha on February 14.
