Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner on verge of moving into their $24m Miami mansion
Ivanka Trump's gorgeous white villa with an abundance of facilities faces Biscayne Bay
Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump are getting closer to owning their ideal house — the couple has spent the last few years building a $24 million estate in Miami that they bought.
Now completed, the residence is one of a select handful on Miami's Indian Creek Island, known as "Millionaire's Bunker" because of its high asking prices and the presence of rich and famous people who own properties there, like Tom Brady, Jeff Bezos, Lauren Sanchez, and others.
The gorgeous white villa with an abundance of facilities faces Biscayne Bay. Six bedrooms, eight and a half baths, a sun terrace, a sizable garden, a pool, a spa-cabana, outdoor showers, saunas, and more are features of this residence.
The house also features a bridge that leads to a private dock where the family can engage in a variety of water activities that they have been doing since they first came to Miami.
Ivanka celebrated her 42nd birthday in her new home earlier last month. She posted pictures of herself, her kids, and her spouse standing in front of their house.
Some of their closest guests were seated at an expensive dining table, and pictures from the evening reveal a pool. It looks like the celebration was held in the backyard.
“Celebrated my birthday this weekend surrounded by friends and family,” wrote Ivanka on Instagram. “Here's to another year of great memories with my favorite people!”
