COAS visits 10 Corps

ISLAMABAD: The Chief of the Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif, on Wednesday visited the 10 Corps Headquarters, Chaklala, and received detailed operational and security brief.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the COAS expressed his complete satisfaction over the operational preparedness of the corps. He laid a wreath at the Yadgar-e-Shuhada, offered Fateha and paid tributes to the supreme sacrifices of officers and men of the Pakistan Army deployed along the Line of Control (LoC).
Earlier, on arrival at the corps headquarters, the COAS was received by Corps Commander Lieutenant General Malik Zafar Iqbal.
