AN orientation ceremony was organised at Punjab University’s Institute of Business and Information Technology (IBIT) on Thursday.
PU Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr Mujahid Kamran was the chief guest who said the nations who were not spending money on education and research, and development could not survive respectfully in the world.
Incharge Director IBIT Dr Amir Sarwar, faculty members, and a large number of students were also present. Dr Mujahid Kamran advised students to adopt the reading habits and read books other than their subjects. Meanwhile, Vice-Chancellor visited PU Swimming Pool. PU Acting Director Sports Shamsa Hashmi, Chairman Hall Council Prof Dr Muhammad Akhter, Resident Office-I Prof Dr Sajid Rashid Ahmed, Resident Officer-II Malik Muhammad Zaheer, Chief Engineer Chauhdry Jameel Ahmed, and others were also present.
