Zafar Javed, 45, was riding a motorcycle, when a speeding car hit him near Younasabad, leaving Zafar dead on the spot. FOUR INJURED: Four people suffered injuries in an accident on Wednesday at Panwan locality. Naseer Ahmed and three others suffered injuries when their rickshaw overturned.
