PISHIN: Balochistan Chief Minister, Dr Abdul Malik Baloch inaugurated a park at Band Khushdil Khan Dam in Pishin district which would cost Rs 57 million.He also attended concluding ceremony of Haiwad Sports Festival at the dam and announced Rs 02 million for the sports festival. Addressing the ceremony, he said that organising a sports festival was evidence that law and order situation has improved in the province. “I congratulate people of Pishin for organizing a sports festival,” he said adding that a sports festival would also be held in Turbat soon. He said that with the efforts of the provincial government, 15,000 agricultural tube-wells have been legalized and power generation capacity has increased from 400MW to 700MW. “We have provided Rs 8 billion funds for the development of agricultural sector,” he said.
