Abbottabad senior doctor contracts coronavirus

ABBOTTABAD: Prof Dr Jehangir, who retired about three years ago as head of the department of medicine at the Ayub Medical College, is under treatment in a hospital in Islamabad after contracting coronavirus. His family members said he was infected while treating patients at his clinic in Islamabad. On the social media, a post along with his picture said Dr Jehangir now under treatment at the Shifa Hospital in Islamabad had urged the people to pray for his recovery. The 63-year old Dr Jehangir is a councillor of the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
