Mukka Chowk officially renamed

The proposed move to rename Azizabad’s Mukka Chowk was formalised on Monday as city authorities issued an official notification announcing that the iconic roundabout would now be known as the Shaheed-e-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan Chowk.
“The roundabout/junction, connecting Blocks 7, 8 and 9, Azizabad, Federal B Area, Karachi, known as Mukka Chowk, is named as Shaheed-e-Millat Liaquat Ali Khan Chowk, with immediate effect,” read a notification issued by the DMC, Central.
