Bhachar among 51 declared absconders

SARGODHA: The Sargodha Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) announced the verdict on Friday in May 9 Judicial Complex Mianwali case, reports Geo News.
The ATC sentenced Ismail, the accused arrested in the case, to 25 years in prison. The court declared 51 accused, including PTI leaders Ahmed Khan Bhachar, Ahmed Chhatta and Bilal Ijaz, as absconders in the May 9 Judicial Complex Mianwali case.
The court has already issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for Omar Ayub Khan in this case. It may be recalled the Faisalabad Anti-Terrorism Court had sentenced 196 accused, including Omar Ayub, Shibli Faraz, Sahibzada Hamid Raza and Zartaj Gul, in various cases related to May 9 violence.
