India beat Pakistan in PD Champions Trophy
KARACHI: Pakistan disabled cricket team suffered another defeat in the PD Champions Trophy against India, which is second against India and third in the event that is underway in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
At BOI Cricket Ground, Pakistan captain Abdullah Ijaz won the toss and decided to bat first. Pakistan scored 138 for the loss of 5 wickets in 20 overs. Wicket-keeper batsman Saifullah scored 58, Mohammad Noman played an unbeaten innings of 45 runs, Ghulam Muhammad scored 13. Jithandra Envi bowled brilliantly, dismissing 3-25 and Narendra Mungore took 1 wicket.
India scored 142 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 18 overs. India opener Rajesh Kumar played match-winning innings of 76 runs, Nikhil Minhas hit 17 runs, while captain Vikrant Kenny scored 12.
