LAHORE: Indian Punjab’s Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has remarked in a lighter vein that neighbouring Punjab’s Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz is now blaming us for causing the smog. At a meeting in Haryana on Wednesday, Mann said that previously New Delhi had blamed them for the issue, quipping, “Is our smoke circulating?”
