SHO suspended for misconduct

JHANG: District Police Officer Bilal Iftikhar on Wednesday suspended Ahmadpur Sial SHO for misconduct and misreporting regarding the crime situation.
Sub-Inspector Samar Abbas, posted as SHO of Ahmadpur Sial, was found guilty of misreporting to his superiors. During a briefing, the DPO stated that by further tightening the departmental accountability process, the black sheep involved in illegal activities were being expelled from the department. He mentioned that misreporting by a disciplined officer leads to supporting criminals.
