The prime minister has declared an education emergency but did not provide any plan, road map or guidelines about how exactly this problem would be addressed. I would suggest that the principals, heads masters and teachers should be assigned targets to bring out-of-school children into schools. Non-teaching staff who belong to the areas where the schools are situated can also help.
