Federal govt allows recruitments in FC Balochistan, KP Constabulary
Establishment Division issued two separate notifications allowing Ministry of Interior to make recruitments
ISLAMABAD: The federal government has allowed recruitment in Frontier Corps, Balochistan (South) Turbat and Constabulary given the increasing incidents of terrorism in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
The Establishment Division has issued two separate notifications allowing the Ministry of Interior to make recruitments in Frontier Constabulary Balochistan (South), Turbat, and Frontier Constabulary. In response to a request from the Ministry of Interior, the Establishment Division said that the surplus employees are regular civil servants and cannot be placed in such organizations in line with the policy in vogue for absorption against the reported vacant posts.
Therefore, the Establishment Division suggested that the Ministry of Interior may make recruitment of 6,388 vacant posts including 6,232 soldiers (Combat) (BPS-05), 153 Non-Combat (Enrolled) (BPS-04), one Machine Operator (Works Charge, Non-Combat) [BPS-05), one Electrician (Works Charge, Non-Combat) (BPS-05) and Drafts Man (Works Charge, Non-Combat) (BPS-11) in NOS Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat. The recruitment will be made under the approved recruitment rules of the posts subject to completion of all codal formalities and in line with the directions of this Division’s Recruitment Policy. The Establishment Division has also issued a separate NoC to the Ministry of Interior to recruit 2,425 Sepoys in different platoons of Frontier Constabulary.
