ISLAMABAD: The Lahore Bar has filed a petition for becoming respondent in the intra-court appeals.
Lawyer Hamid Khan filed the petition on behalf of the Lahore Bar. He has taken plea in the petition that issues of fundamental rights and public interest are pending in the intra-court appeals.
The Supreme Court (SC) has already given right to represent to the lawyers organisations in the cases pertaining to public interest and basic rights.
“Order was issued to fix the case in the third week of January. SC is requested to allow Lahore Bar to become respondent in the case”.
