Ingredients

Chickpea 250gm

Garlic 15gm

Salt 5gm

Parsley 50gm

Oil 250gm

Method

  • Soak chickpea in water over night.
  • Grinde chickpea with garlic, salt and parsley.
  • After grinding, form small 40gm patties and deep fry them until fully cooked.
