POEMS FOREVER…
By Emily Dickinson
A Drop fell on the Apple Tree –
Another – on the Roof –
A Half a Dozen kissed the Eaves –
And made the Gables laugh –
A few went out to help the Brook,
That went to help the Sea –
Myself Conjectured were they Pearls –
What Necklaces could be …

One day we will all wake up
The air would have cleared
The haze would swallow up our fears
Our tears will sparkle at the horizon
Of joyous beginnings
Our throbbing aches will be comforted
By the warmth of summer days
Ushering in the new world order
Where flower beds will once again be blooming
In the midst of modest meadows
Bestowing beauty to the land
Of unknown paths and possibilities
Where death will only be heard as a rarity
Where disease will succumb on its own
A place where it won't end in a blink
Where the hearts will be held with tenderness
And as the sweet hymns will reverberate with the winds
Love will soar high and above
Mothers will embrace grandmothers
Grandsons will play with their grand fathers
And a laughter will resonate underneath the clear skies
It will drive away all memory
Of what has passed us
Past will albeit be a reckoning
It may define our future selves
But it will not paralyze us
One day we will wake up
And this nightmare
Will be over.

Sometimes bare smiles leaving your eyes pristine
Naked emotions concealed by veils of dancing flames
Thereby melancholic sagacity lingers your ether
Sometimes your heart throbs but you numb emotions
Probing valour in a vast menacing tempest
Every ounce of blood screams, but underneath a deluged marine
Sometimes aligning abstractions ravaging the chorus
Rhythm of your beat my heart still sings
Upon you, my memories cling
Sometimes for a moment, a mercy to solicitude
I pity the charisma of fire inside you
Mortal ravine of rue
Sometimes dawn of rain amidst dusk of dew
Breathing death, serenading twilight
Remembering your realms of knights
Sometimes ethereal mist sheathing a choking pulse
Longing liar embrace these words
For braced words are a script to existence

Is it warm there?
Where happiness blooms filling the air
Does the heart feel giddy and gay
To hold joy in your heart and know no pain?
I ask, is happiness a feeling of the heart or mind?
Is it something that puts you to sleep at night?
Does the soul feel light and relieved?
Is happiness something I'll ever feel?
Or is happiness, all but a creation of the mind?
