Began her modelling career when she was 14 after being discovered on the street by a modelling scout.
Has been friends with her former roommate Amy Smart since they were both models and aspiring actresses.
Made her professional acting debut in 1997 and her film debut in the dramedy Varsity Blues (1999).
Achieved recognition when she appeared in the horror films Final Destination (2000) and Final Destination 2 (2003) and the television drama Heroes (2006 - 2010).
Has since appeared in the Resident Evil film series (2006 - 2016) as well as television shows including Pitch (2016 - 2017), Splitting Up Together (2018 - 2019), and The Rookie (2019).
