While some singers have stuck to TV dramas, others have made a name for themselves in film.
In 2017, it was announced that Ali Zafar would be making his cinema debut in Pakistan with the upcoming Teefa in Trouble. And the latest star set to make this transition is Farhan Saeed. According to multiple reports, Saeed will make his film debut in Pakistan with Khalil ur Rehman Qamar’s directorial venture.
The film will not only be directed by Qamar but is also penned by him; past works include TV dramas like Pyarey Afzal and Sadqay Tumhare and films like Punjab Nahi Jaungi.
Coming back to Saeed, the artist recently made an appearance on Coke Studio 10 with ‘Dekh Tera Kiya’ and picked up mixed reviews for it. Aside from singing, he has acted in a number of TV plays as well as telefilms and is most known for starring in the social drama Udaari opposite real-life partner and actor Urwa Hocane.
