Superstar Fawad Khan’s name is enough to make headlines. The actor, who took Bollywood by storm with his stellar performance in Kapoor & Sons earlier this year, is enjoying some much-earned downtime.
Reports, however, suggest that the actor is attached to several prolific projects such as Salman Khan’s Jugalbandi, another possible film with Karan Johar besides the upcoming Ae Dil Hai Mushkil, et al.
Dismissing rumours and clearing the air, Khan recently spoke to an Indian publication where he revealed his surprise at being considered good looking, among other things.
When questioned about his status as a ‘handsome’ actor and whether it’s a restraining stereotype, Khan admitted that he would like to prove to people that he’s strong in his craft.
Khan, who the world considers swoon-worthy, said he would rate himself a 3 or 4 on a scale of 10 if it came down to looks but believed that it was his personality that made him endearing to audiences. Though shocked by how smitten people were with his appearance, Khan also noted that he was flattered by the response.
Talking about other Pakistani actors turning their attention to Bollywood also elicited an amusing response from the star. Khan laughed, stating that the more Pakistani actors crossed over to India, the less work he’ll probably get. He reasoned that there was immense talent back home and he was only the tip of the iceberg.
