Karachi Kings vs Quetta Gladiators: PSL 2019 Match 15 Preview

The 15th Twenty20 match in the fourth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is being played between Karachi Kings and Quetta Gladiators at 9:00 pm on Sunday at the Sharjah Cricket Stadium.

This will be the fifth match for both teams, who have so far performed in all their previous four matches with contrasting results.

The Gladiators have been undefeated in all their four matches, securing eight points to top the points table, whereas Karachi Kings after winning their first match, suffered from humiliation of three consecutive defeats. They obtained only two points to go down to the bottom of the table.

Quetta Gladiators have so far defeated Peshawar Zalmi by six wickets, Islamabad United by seven wickets, Multan Sultans by eight wickets, and Lahore Qalandars by three wickets, whereas Karachi Kings won their first match by seven runs against Multan Sultans but later they lost three successive matches - first to Lahore Qalandars by 22 runs, then to Peshawar Zalmi by 44 runs and later to Islamabad United by seven wickets.

The highest total by Karachi Kings so far is 183/6 against Multan Sultans while the highest by Quetta Gladiators is 161, which they made on three occasions - 161/3 vs Islamabad United, 161/2 vs Quetta Gladiators and 161/4 vs Peshawar Zalmi.

The highest scorer for the Gladiators so far is Shane Watson, who made 161 in four matches with two fifties whereas Babar Azam scored 133 in four matches with one fifty.

The highest wicket-taker for the Gladiators is Sohail Tanvir, who bagged seven wickets in four matches with a four-wicket haul and for the Kings, it is Mohammad Amir, who took six wickets with one four wickets in an innings.
