PALMETTO, Florida: A unique house that floats on the surface of the water has the eyes of many buyers as it recently went up on auction and is up for grabs.

The house was previously a famous wedding chapel and it has reportedly hit the market for a whopping $425,000!

Known as Chapel of the Bay, it has been docked on the Manatee River in Palmetto, Florida.

The chapel was previously bought by a couple who took upon themselves to renovate it and add bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms in it making it look like a house.

The 30x60-foot vessel now operates as a vacation home with a price of $345 a night and owner Sam says it stays very full throughout the year.
