It is one of the four high-end luxury Mercedes to be built in the year of 1939.
The 1939 model of “Mercedes-Benz 770 K Grosser Offener Tourenwagen” originally built for use by German Nazi leader Adolf Hitler is up for grabs for potential buyers in the US.
The historic car has been placed on auction and the winning bid is going to be announced next month in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The car was used by Hitler during World War II before being taken under confiscation by the US Army.
It is one of the four high-end luxury Mercedes to be built in the year of 1939. It is said that the car is dubbed as the ‘historical significant other’ as it was widely used across Europe and the rest of the world during the Second World War.
After 1945, the car was kept in Austria after the American Army seized it. It was then put on display at the Las Vegas museum, ultimately being bought by a British and then a Russian man. The car has once again found itself on auction and will be sold next month.
