Indian daughters, daughters-in-law from Pakistan always welcome: Sushma tweets
NEW DELHI: Indian External Minister Sushma Swaraj, who has over 8.69 million Twitter followers and is known to actively resolve problems of Indians living abroad, has once again won the hearts with her tweet on Tuesday, assuring Indian man who married to Pakistani girl for assistance in getting visa.
The Indian boy, resident of Mumbai, via his twitter handler “Being Yasar” had sought help of Indian External Affairs Minister Sushma in getting the visa for his Pakistani bride. He had requested Sushma on March 09 and 27, “Hi Mam, I am from Mumbai, I got married to a Pakistani girl last year in April 2016. I need your help, kindly help me to get visa (for her bride).”

Responding to “Being Yasar” tweets, Sushma Swaraj tweeted: “Indian daughters and daughters-in-law from Pakistan and any other country are always welcome.”

The Wall Street Journal in its article Tuesday, called Sushma Swaraj "India’s Best-Loved Politician". "In her present role, she has become India’s best-loved official, mostly due to her tireless attention to Indians in distress abroad," says the article.
Sushma was also praised for helping Indian woman Dr Uzma, who married to Pakistani man, getting back to India.

Besides Indian External Minister also extended assistance to Pakistani infant Roohan, who recently returned to Pakistani after medical treatment in India.
