Benny Blanco shares hot take on farting in relationships

Benny Blanco has a bold opinion about farting in relationships.

The 38-year-old producer shared his take on the matter during the show SubwayTakes with Kareem Rahma, where he declared that couples shouldn't feel embarrassed after a big meal.

“Like, early on, I want to say, ‘Hey, we ate a crazy meal. It was delicious and you don’t have to run to the bathroom.’ We’re farting. It’s such a natural thing,” Blanco, who’s married to Selena Gomez, explained. “Just let it happen.”

Blanco explained that early into a relationship, he likes to set the tone by letting his partner know that after eating something heavy, there's no need to rush off and hide it. 

However, Blanco was quick to clarify one condition: both people in the relationship need to be on board. 

He also shared a description of his own. 

“Mine are like cartoons,” he said of his farts. “If Bugs Bunny were to fart, that’s what mine would be.”

Blanco is now nearing his first wedding anniversary with Selena Gomez, something he feels sneaked up on them faster than expected.

In a recent interview with People, Gomez shared that the two are still very much in their honeymoon phase.
