King Charles meets Pakistan cricket team

Via official Instagram handle of the British Royal Family, palace shared photos of King Charles posing with the Pakistan Cricket Team. On Wednesday meeting, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Mohsin Naqvi was also present at the meeting.

The caption simply read, “This afternoon, The King welcomed the Pakistan National Cricket Team to Clarence House.”

Royal fans showed their support in the comment section, as one wrote, “God Bless the King! God save the King! And the Pakistan cricket team.”

Another simply said, “Great.”

Moreover, Pakistan’s Cricket Board Chairman, Mohsin Naqvi, who also attended the meeting, revealed to Geo News that the royal engagement was “very productive.”

He also mentioned that the monarch acknowledged Pakistan’s endeavours towards peace and security and also discussed.

It is worth noting here that the visit comes as the cricket team is in England at the moment for a test series.

For those unaware, the national cricket team arrived in the monarch’s country on August 8, 2026, for a three-test match series against England.
