Katy Perry, Justin Trudeau take romance to next level

Katy Perry and Justin Trudeau have made their love red-carpet official.

​On Monday, June 8, the pop star and the former Canadian prime minister stepped out together at the Tribeca Festival.

​The 54-year-old politician showed his support and love at the premiere of Katy's concert film Katy Perry: The Lifetimes Tour - Live from Paris at the film festival held in New York City.

For the outing, Justin donned a formal black suit with a crisp white shirt.

​On the other hand, Katy, whose real name is Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson, chose to wear a halter-neck gown with rose-like details for her event. She completed her look by styling her hair in an up do.

​During the red carpet Ceremony, Justin was spotted beaming smiles while Katy greeted fans with full spirit.

​At one point, the Dark Horse hitmaker told People, "This is very different than Part of Me," referring to her 2012 doc.

​She explained, "That was more of a documentary about my life, and this is really a concert experience at the highest level for the fans.

​Katy further noted, "I mean, I'm doing all of this for my fans because they are the ones that have helped me along for all these years, over 18 years, and it's just such a fun thing to encapsulate.

​The Roar singer added that her energy on tour was "incredible."

​For those unversed, Katy and Justin first sparked romance rumors in July 2025 after they were seen walking on the streets of Montreal and later grabbed dinner together.

​Katy made her Instagram romance official with Justin on December 6, 2025, by posting photos of their getaway in Japan.

​Their romance began one month after Katy and her ex fiance Orlando Bloom called of their engagement in June 2026. The former pair also shares a five-year-old daughter, Daisy Bloom.
