Jeff Nippard shares statement on Dr. Stephanie Buttermore's death
Fitness influencer Stephanie Buttermore died at the age of 36
Jeff Nippard, the fiancé of fitness influencer Dr. Stephanie Buttermore, shared the news of her fiancée's tragic death on social media, days after her 36th birthday.
Taking to Instagram on Friday, Nippard shared a statement on her passing. Buttermore was known for her science-based content on training and nutrition, as well as her PhD research focused on ovarian cancer. Her passing was described as sudden, and a cause of death was not shared.
Nippard and Buttermore got engaged in October 2022. Writing about their relationship Nippard shared that their romance began after he sent her a message on social media.
“We started Skyping for 3-4 hours every day for about a month (no joke) until I went to visit her in Florida from Canada,” he wrote. “Our first date was a shoulder workout and I will never forget it,he wrote.
