Tylor Chase renders police helpless with return to streets
Former child star Tylor Chase has been once again spotted sleeping in the streets of California
Former child star Tylor Chase is back on the streets of Riverside, reports TMZ.
A video of the "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide" actor was posted by the publication's social media accounts on Tuesday.
"There's nothing police can do to help the former child actor because of California laws," the outlet wrote.
The latest video comes just days after his co-star Daniel Curtis Lee tracked him down in Riverside where fans recently learned Chase had been living on the streets.
The actor provided Taylor lunch, checked him into a hotel and advocated for rehabilitation treatment.
He also facilitated a phone reconnection with Chase's father and enlisted series lead Devon Werkheiser for support via FaceTime.
It's not known what prompted Tylor Chase to return to the streets.
