When Sarah Ferguson opened up about her dark anxieties
Sarah Ferguson admitted she was scared to sleep at night due to demons inside her
Sarah once admitted that she struggled to spend nights alone.
The former Duchess of York, who was evicted out of the Royal Lodge earlier this year, revealed she was always frightened of dark.
In a 1996 interview with CTV, she said: “I sat up in bed and slept with my eyes open because I was so scared of the dark. I thought that if I slept with my eyes open, I could see any spooks coming towards me.”
Fergie added: “I realized that my fear of the dark was my fear of the demons inside myself and the black treacle, my fears and anxieties that were inside myself.”
This comes amid speculation that Sarah Ferguson is preparing to write a tell-all memoir.
A source tells Heat World: “Sure, she’s loudly denying any talk about signing a deal of her own, but that’s very much a part of her strategy. She wants the King and the rest of the family to know that this is a choice that is ultimately up to her.”
