Billy Ray Cyrus melts hearts with sweet tribute to Miley, Maxx Morando

Billy Ray Cyrus is over the moon after daughter, Miley Cyrus, and Maxx Morando got engaged.

The country singer took to his Instagram account on Wednesday to share a sweet post gushing over the newly engaged couple's relationship milestone.

In the celebratory post, the doting father penned down a sweet note for Miley and shared snaps of Miley and him.

"No wonder you turned out so special …," Billy began.

He went on to say, "You have the greatest Godmother in the world!!! @dollyparton."

"So happy you and MaxxAgazillion found each other!!!!" the proud dad gushed.

The Achy Breaky Heart hitmaker added, "Congratulations! Happy to see you both so happy!!! love Dad."

One of the snaps in the post featured a throwback photo of himself, Miley, with Dolly Parton.

The second slide showed Miley and Maxx posing on a red carpet.

The final shot featured the lovebirds enjoying quality time at a restaurant.

The news of Miley and Maxx's engagement broke on December 1, when the pair stepped out for the Avatar: Fire and Ash world premiere in Los Angeles, with Miley flashing a diamond ring confirming the news.

Cyrus was also spotted wearing her engagement ring around mid-November, as per Deux Moi. She was also seen with her diamond ring in the snaps of her 33rd birthday post on Instagram on November 23.
