Brandi Glanville shares unconventional parenting story involving son's girlfriend

Brandi Glanville just made a startling confession about her parenting style, which on one day involved "tricking" her own son.

In a surprise appearance on Netflix’s Calabasas Confidential, the 53-year-old reality TV personality opened up about her son Mason’s relationship in the fourth episode.

During the show, Glanville gushed over Mason’s girlfriend, Sarah, and admitted she hopes the couple stays together long term.

“I love his girlfriend. She’s the best. I want to keep her forever,” Glanville said during the episode. She also joked that she once told Sarah to “trick him” into having a baby so she could have a grandchild to spoil.

Mason responded by saying Sarah is the first person he can genuinely picture a future with.

Glanville then shared an awkward parenting moment from her son's teenage years, recalling overhearing intimate sounds coming from his room and realising he was no longer a virgin.

“I remember realising he wasn’t a virgin when I walked by his room, and I heard a spanking being given,” she said. “I was just like, ‘F*** my life, my son is not a virgin anymore.’ I think he was 15 or 16, and I was crying. I’m like, ‘I am so uncomfortable right now. But at least he’s giving a spanking at least. He’s got some moves.'”

Glanville shares Mason and 19-year-old Jake Cibrian with her ex-husband, Eddie Cibrian. Despite their split, the former couple have continued co-parenting their children over the years.

Glanville has also maintained a friendly relationship with Eddie’s wife, LeAnn Rimes. The three previously spent the holidays together in December 2024. Most recently, the blended family reunited again to celebrate Jake’s high school graduation in June 2025.
