Prince Harry, Meghan earn praise for settling in separate roles after backlash

Prince Harry earned massive support after facing criticism from his late mother Princess Diana's pal.

Earlier, royal expert Tina Brown called the Duke of Sussex "not the brightest bulb" as she criticised Meghan Markle and her husband's not-so-successful business ideas. 

She told The New York Times, "So he thought that Meghan would be his great sort of guide in the big, wide world beyond Buckingham Palace, as it were. And it turns out that Meghan makes one terrible professional decision after another."

However, Jennie Bond offered a different perspective, supporting the Sussexes in managing their various roles effectively.

"Harry himself would admit that he has never been academic, but that doesn’t mean he’s stupid. I remember his mother saying that she was ‘as thick as two short planks’ but, if you met her, you would know that that was very far from the truth," the royal commentator shared.

Jennie praised Meghan for being "humble" as she acknowledged her mistakes as a new entrepreneur.

"They now seem to be settling into their separate roles, Meghan as an influencer and entrepreneur, and Harry concentrating on work with charities and causes close to his heart," said Jennie.
