King Charles won’t be meeting his son or his grandkids while he is on the other side of the pond and the real answer is a lot different from what some may think. Prince Harry resides in Montecito, California while his father will be making his visit to the White House.

Even a source puts it better, “When you’re talking about a state visit, every minute is accounted for – especially when it’s the King travelling as the invited guest of a head of state.”

They also told People, “Harry knows how things are and wouldn’t ask for that either under these circumstances.”

Womans Day also saw a source come forward with similar views and they claim, “This is another one of those occasions when the Crown comes before family and with relations between UK and USA at an all-time low, Charles’ visit is crucial for his own country’s security. Already there’s bad blood between the Sussexes and Trump, so it would be catastrophic to complicate an already fragile situation.”

“Harry’s not had a direct line to his father since the Coronation, but Charles expects him to understand there won’t be time for family reunions during this very critical tour. He doesn’t need any distractions dealing with the President – and Harry has a way of blowing things out of proportion and stressing his father out. Charles has made it clear that while he’d love nothing more than to see Harry and the family in Montecito, now isn’t the time.”
