Prince Harry’s wife may be revelling in the glitz of her Hollywood re-entry, but the Duke of Sussex is facing the heat for abandoning his royal roots.
The Duke of Sussex stepped away from his senior royal position in 2020 with his wife to live independently in the US. Although, the Sussexes faced quite a lot of backlash for badmouthing the royals publicly and it appears Lisa Vanderpump was one of them.
The Vanderpump Rules star was clear in her views when the topic of Prince Harry came up during her appearance at the BravoCon 2025 in Las Vegas on Saturday.
At the panel discussion for the show, Jerry O’Connell was hosting the panel and had gushed about the high-profile reality star.
He counted how he and his wife, Rebecca Romijn, recently flew on a plane with King Charles’s younger son but that was nothing compared to meeting Lisa.
“My wife said, ‘Yeah, it was exciting, [but] not as exciting [as] when Lisa Vanderpump sat two rows back,’” Jerry said.
In response, Lisa said, “Well, I’m a loyal Brit. He isn’t, right?” At this point, the audience roared with surprised ‘Oh’ and laughter followed. She quipped, “Come on, you know, I’m telling the truth.”
Lisa grew up in England before she moved to Beverly Hills with her husband Ken Todd. While Lisa’s life heavily stays in the US, the reality star still holds a deep connection to London. She continues to visit and also has a house in the UK for her frequent travels.
Meanwhile, Harry remains estranged from his royal family and has been evicted from his Windsor Home, Frogmore Cottage, back in 2023.
