Butt critical of Pakistan team preparations for World Cup
LAHORE: The former chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Ijaz Butt has expressed his criticism for the national squad’s preparations for the upcoming World Cup.
Ijaz Butt told reporters here on Monday that there were several key elements missing which needed to be addressed. “If we play as one unit there are chances to win the World Cup.”

Ijaz Butt told reporters here on Monday that there were several key elements missing which needed to be addressed. “If we play as one unit there are chances to win the World Cup.”
Butt further said the decision to call Saqlain Mushtaq to help with Saeed Ajmal’s bowling action was taken to save money.
He advised current PCB chairman, Shahryar Khan to take strict measures so the team’s weakness can be eliminated.
