Ambanis pay Rihanna millions to perform at Anant, Radhika pre-wedding celebrations

Rihanna is reportedly receiving between $8 and $9 million for her performance at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's pre-wedding celebrations in Jamnagar, Gujarat.

On July 12 of this year, Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani's youngest son, Anant Ambani, will marry Radhika Merchant, the daughter of industrialist Viren Merchant, according to India Today.

Singer Rihanna was spotted leaving the airport, wearing purple cargo pants and a black high-neck blouse. She fastened a bare cloth around her midsection.

For the three days of pre-wedding festivities in Jamnagar on Thursday, American singer-songwriter J Brown and multi-instrumentalist, composer, and producer Adam Blackstone also arrived.

With the traditional "anna seva" ceremony on Wednesday, the pre-wedding festivities got underway. The people of Jogwad village, which is next to Reliance Township in Jamnagar, were served traditional Gujarati food by Mukesh Ambani, his son Anant Ambani, Anant's fiancée Radhika Merchant, and other family members.

Viren and Shaila Merchant, Radhika's parents and maternal grandmother, also participated in the "anna seva." Over the following five days, approximately 51,000 residents will receive this food service.
