Chucky and Tiffany from 'Child's Play' to become part of Dead by Daylight
Brad Dourif and Jennifer Tilly, who played Chucky and Tiffany, respectively, will reprise their roles as the characters' voice
The next well-known film slashers to appear in Dead by Daylight are Chucky and Tiffany with players being given the option to customise Chucky's dressing into Tiffany's.
The Child's Play murderer and his bride will be introduced to the game on November 28, according to IGN's source.
Although Chucky will be the primary murderer in the game, players will have the option to customise him by dressing him up as a "Good Gal," thereby turning him into Tiffany.
Brad Dourif and Jennifer Tilly, who played Chucky and Tiffany, respectively, will reprise their roles as the characters' voices.
In the asymmetrical multiplayer horror game, Chucky is simply the most recent of several iconic horror series characters to make crossover cameos.
Others have included:
Michael Myers and Laurie Strode (Halloween)
Bill (Left 4 Dead)
Leatherface (The Texas Chain Saw Massacre).
Freddy Krueger and Quentin Smith (A Nightmare on Elm Street).
Pig Mask Amanda and David Tapp (Saw).
Ash (Evil Dead).
Ghost Face (Scream).
The Demogorgon, Steve and Nancy (Stranger Things).
Pyramid Head and Cheryl (Silent Hill).
Nemesis, Leon and Jill (Resident Evil).
Pinhead (Hellraiser).
Sadako and Yoichi Asakawa (Ringu).
Wesker, Ada and Rebecca (Resident Evil).
Nicolas Cage.
Xenomorph and Ellen Ripley (Alien).
Since its first release in 2016, the game has also included a large number of unique villains and protagonists.
The Child's Play slasher will be the game's thirty-fourth new murderer overall.
The announcement of a Dead by Daylight movie adaptation earlier this year came from Blumhouse, the production company behind films including The Purge, Insidious, Paranormal Activity, and Get Out.
The makers of Zen Pinball have also announced that Chucky will be the hero of Pinball M, a mature-rated pinball game with a Dead by Daylight table.
