BEIRUT: Syrian rebels launched a counter attack to take back an area north of Aleppo lost to government forces earlier on Saturday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights war monitoring organisation reported.
Rebel officials said the insurgents had recovered full control of the Handarat camp, while Observatory Director Rami Abdulrahman said the fighting was "back and forth" and inconclusive.
