This dish tastes best with vegetable fried rice! Try this recipe out and pamper your mom this Mother’s Day!

Ingredients

Beef (undercut)        1kg

Soya sauce    1 tbsp

Raw papaya   2 tbsps

Salt    as required

Black pepper  as required

Oil      2 tbsps

Garlic cloves (chopped)       2

Onions (medium-sized)        2

Green chillies  6-8

METHOD

  • Take undercut beef and cut it into thin strips.
  • Then marinate the beef strips with salt, soya sauce, black pepper and raw papaya. Set aside for one hour.
  • Take a pan and pour cooking oil. Now add chopped garlic, fry it a little and then add the marinated beef.
  • Cook until it becomes tender then add in the onions (cut into pieces) and some green chillies (slit in half) at the end.
  • Stir fry for five minutes and your dry beef chillies are ready to be served. Bon appetite!
